Cerys Burgess is a portrait and fashion photographer based in Gloucestershire.
Her work focuses on styling, makeup, clothing and accessories, and explores how these different elements demonstrate visual presence and identity. With an eye for attention to detail and drawing inspiration from editorial and entertainment media, she creates images that are both considered and expressive.
Balancing aesthetic detail with emotional presence through the creative collaboration she experiences when photographing people, and exploring their unique personalities and character.
The purpose of her practice is to capture imagery that is visually compelling, while reflecting on the individuality of each subject.
